California Energy Commission pre-rulemaking development of the 2013 California Energy Code
The Division of the State Architect - Access Compliance (DSA-AC), effective August 1, 2012, was approved for an emergency by the Building Standards Commission that addresses a small number of conflicts between the 2010 Americans with Disabilities (ADA) standards effective March 15, 2012 and the existing 2010 California Building Code standards in Chapter 11B, Accessibility to Public Buildings, Public Accommodations, Commercial Buildings and Publicly Funded Housing.
